About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our hotel's goals and objectives.

Recruit and Hire Staff

Recruit and hire staff to support the smooth operation of our hotel, including front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and maintenance staff.

Supervise Staff

Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.

Negotiate with Suppliers

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates for materials and supplies, ensuring that our hotel's budget is optimized.

Negotiate with Clients

Negotiate with clients to secure the best possible rates for the use of our facilities, ensuring that our hotel's revenue is maximized.

Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses

Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that our hotel is operating within budget.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests are satisfied with their stay.

Develop Business Plans

Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs

Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, ensuring that our hotel is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.

Support for Youths
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs

Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, ensuring that our hotel is a positive and supportive environment for young people.

Support for Veterans
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs

Participate in government or community programs that support veterans, ensuring that our hotel is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.

Support for Indigenous People
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs

Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, ensuring that our hotel is a respectful and inclusive environment for all guests.

Support for Visible Minorities
  • Participate in Government or Community Programs
