We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate with clients to ensure the optimal use of our facilities.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial sustainability of our operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion.
