Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at Econo Lodge City Center Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our hotel.
  2. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  3. Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates for materials and supplies.
  4. Client Relations: Negotiate with clients to secure the use of our facilities and ensure a positive experience.
  5. Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial stability of our hotel.
  6. Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language and Work Environment

The primary language of work is English, and the work environment is a fast-paced hotel setting with a 40-hour workweek.
