About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team at Arteria AI. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales pursuits in the core client segments of large financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with prospective clients to understand their functional and technical requirements and use cases to develop pointed, value-driving solutions.
  • Establish an understanding of both functional and technical client requirements by analyzing workflows, process maps, client architecture with relevant systems and data sources, and other knowledge artifacts.
  • Support sales cycles with functional and technical expertise, including product demonstrations and technical product presentations.
  • Track the broader Financial Services industry (specifically around Fintech and documentation) and distill the latest trends and updates to clients and other members of the team.
  • Act as a technical liaison between clients and product teams, providing feedback, expertise and direction.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral such as whitepapers, generic technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business or Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, consulting or product role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Understanding of the Financial Services industry with a focus on banking with prior experience in FinTech considered an asset.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as software, product development, data integration and familiarity with key technical concepts.
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to Senior audiences.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate both functional and technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
