Reporting directly to the Lightspeed Segment Program Delivery Manager within the Program Delivery Office, the Program Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting program activities. This position is ideal for junior-level professionals looking to gain valuable project management experience within a dynamic and diverse team renowned for its excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Tools Administration: Maintain processes and procedures for tools administration, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and practices. Monitor program tool access, ensuring proper permissions and access control.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program access administration, process and training updates, and action item status. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and reviews.
  • Process Management & Training Coordination: Assist in the release and maintenance of processes and training materials. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and improvements to processes and training content.
  • Program-Level Reviews: Work with stakeholders across the program on planning, logistics, support, documentation, and action items for program-wide monthly, quarterly, and design reviews.
  • Action Item Management: Track and manage program-level action items from program reviews, quarterly reviews, and milestone reviews. Coordinate program-level reviews, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared.
Education & Experience Required
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects, preferably in the telecommunications/engineering field.
  • Experience creating, logging, and tracking communications and documents for projects.
  • Intermediate skill level in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Primavera, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence is considered an asset.
  • Aptitude and desire to learn new tools and techniques quickly.
  • Positive attitude (solution-oriented) and strong communication skills.
