About the Role

VINCI PLUMBING, HEATING AND DRAINAGE LTD is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Screening and Onboarding: Assist with screening questions, ensuring candidates meet the necessary requirements, and support the onboarding process for new staff members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
