We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at VineHR Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice Presidents and other senior executives
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents

Requirements:
