Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Catering Sales Coordinator to support our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing catering sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage catering sales from initial inquiry to contract completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet client needs and company objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in catering sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in sales and marketing software a plus
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
