Job Description:
beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Catering Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the catering department in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, scheduling, and ordering, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the catering department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise catering staff
* Coordinate and schedule catering events
* Order and manage inventory
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
