Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing catering sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Manage catering sales and negotiate contracts and pricing to meet business objectives

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue

• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and market trends

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in catering sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of food and beverage industry
