Interim Manager for Beauty Experience

In the role of Interim Manager for Beauty Experience, you will take charge of all services, classes, and events at a designated Sephora location. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, as well as coordinating in-store classes.

  • Studio Operations Oversight: Manage daily activities at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio. Ensure that the Studio Coordinator is effectively trained to enhance daily service delivery.
  • Focus on Innovation: Motivate Beauty Advisors to incorporate technological advancements in their services, ensuring a premium in-store experience for clients.
  • Client Engagement: Supervise the Online Reservation system, managing the scheduling of Beauty Advisors and classes. Ensure adequate staffing to support service demands and facilitate a smooth client check-in process.
  • Event Management: Oversee all in-store events in collaboration with the services team to maximize client learning and sales potential.
  • Training and Skill Development: Spearhead the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors, providing opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Performance Management: Engage in performance evaluation discussions related to the Beauty Studio and direct reports, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Client-Centric Leadership: Regularly serve as Manager on Duty, interacting with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.

Qualifications:

  • Two to four years of experience in a comparable role or relevant internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels.
  • Proven capability to build and nurture high-performing teams that drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
