Hotel Arts Group is seeking a committed Event and Catering Operations Manager. This pivotal position entails managing catering services, beverage offerings, and room rental income within a designated market at our establishment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business prospectsWork in partnership with event coordinators to fulfill catering requirementsOversee catering arrangements, including setup, schedules, and logisticsEngage in negotiations with clients regarding event particularsVerify event specifics with clients and prepare necessary documentationUphold Catering Agreements in accordance with established policiesCollaborate with vendors as necessaryEnsure pricing consistency and suggest premium menu optionsCoordinate closely with hotel departments for seamless event executionConduct follow-up assessments post-event

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience with hotel sales systemsFlexibility in working hoursExcellent interpersonal skills for fostering productive relationships1-2 years of experience in hotel catering, events, or conference rolesProficiency in Microsoft applicationsA thorough understanding of event setups and operational processes
