Job Summary

The Crestomere Store is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply needs
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Work Environment

The Crestomere Store is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
