Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dancyn Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and sales performance
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure high-quality presentation
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of 11-15 staff members. We offer a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek and a competitive salary.
