As the Luxury Lounge Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience for our esteemed guests at Fairmont Vancouver Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a motivated and service-oriented team through effective recruitment, training, and recognition Drive the Fairmont Gold team to achieve key performance indicators related to revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with Fairmont Gold standards and operational protocols Collaborate with the Executive Chef to curate the Fairmont Gold Lounge menu and manage food costs Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to enhance the guest experience Analyze industry trends and implement strategies to improve service delivery and profitability Manage forecasting, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting for the Fairmont Gold operations Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction Coordinate with the Front Office team to facilitate seamless guest arrivals and departures Oversee the Fairmont Gold lounge and guest accommodations, ensuring impeccable conditions Develop and maintain partnerships with business associates and service providers Innovate and implement unique guest experiences through special events and offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge and dining areas Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote sustainability initiatives Support other Front Office functions as required Perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
Proven leadership capabilities fostering teamwork and exceptional customer service Dynamic and creative individual who excels in high-pressure environments Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to service delivery Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, particularly in Rooms Division Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations is advantageous A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred Full COVID-19 vaccination is required as a condition of employment Additional InformationWork Eligibility:
