As the Fairmont Gold Manager, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional experience for our esteemed guests, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a dedicated team focused on service excellence and guest satisfaction Drive performance metrics related to revenue, guest feedback, and operational efficiency Uphold Fairmont Gold standards and procedures consistently Collaborate with culinary teams to design an exquisite lounge menu Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to enhance service delivery Analyze guest feedback and operational data to implement improvements Manage forecasting, scheduling, and budgeting for Fairmont Gold operations Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution Coordinate with Front Office to facilitate seamless guest arrivals and departures Enhance guest experiences through personalized communication and service Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards Develop partnerships with local businesses and service providers Innovate guest experiences through special events and promotions Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote sustainability initiatives Assist in other areas of the Front Office as required Perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
Proven leadership abilities that foster team development and collaboration Energetic and creative individual who excels in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality management Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations is advantageous A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment Additional InformationWork Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
