About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and team productivity
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and support their career growth
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards

About You

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a proven track record of success in luxury retail. You will have a strong passion for the Swarovski brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
