As the Luxury Lounge Operations Manager, you will embody the essence of delivering an extraordinary experience for our most discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and lead a dedicated team focused on exceptional service delivery Drive performance metrics related to revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all operational standards and procedures Collaborate with culinary teams to curate an exquisite lounge menu Foster interdepartmental relationships to enhance the guest experience Analyze industry trends and implement strategies for improvement Manage forecasting, scheduling, and budgetary processes Address guest concerns promptly and effectively Coordinate with front office staff for seamless guest arrivals and departures Enhance guest engagement through personalized communication Maintain the lounge and facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and service Implement innovative initiatives to elevate the guest experience Participate in sustainability efforts and promote health and safety protocols Assist in other front office operations as needed Additional responsibilities as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and customer service excellence Creative and dynamic individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality management Previous experience in food and beverage operations is advantageous Relevant educational qualifications in Hospitality Management are preferred Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment Additional InformationWork Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
