We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Appficiency Inc. as a NetSuite Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to position NetSuite as the optimal solution.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to propose tailored NetSuite solutions that address specific business needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and ensure a unified approach.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and propose tailored NetSuite solutions that deliver tangible benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of NetSuite.
- Articulate how NetSuite can address specific business challenges and deliver tangible benefits.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and proposal development.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, addressing client concerns to secure successful deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed decisions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of success in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their application to business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies is a plus.
- Experience within the NetSuite industry.
- International experience is a bonus.
- Previously worked with third-party platforms and marketplaces.
