Enterprise Sales Professional

At The Self Management Group, we're committed to helping you build a high-performance sales team. As our Enterprise Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in identifying and building new B2B relationships and driving sales growth through our existing network or generating new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to leverage our SMG solution and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activities
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a sales environment
- Experience in Human Resources or Talent Management is a plus
- Self-managing, goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a track record of closing opportunities
- Working knowledge of selling SaaS products
- Competitive base + commission compensation plan
