About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Asteras Greek Taverna. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our Greek cuisine and exceed our guests' expectations
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and quality control to maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Greek cuisine and culture
