KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver outstanding client experiences to drive fragrance and accessories sales

Assist the boutique in achieving and surpassing monthly sales objectives for fragrance and accessories. Ensure every client and visitor enjoys a remarkable welcoming experience, utilizing any waiting time to subtly introduce fragrance and accessories as integral to the Cartier experience and ideal for gifting. Facilitate fragrance and/or accessory transactions for Sales Associates when necessary. Skillfully identify clients' desires and expectations regarding fragrance and accessories (for personal purchases and gifts), adeptly managing any objections.

Cultivate and expand the fragrance and accessories clientele

Collaborate with Sales Associates during client meetings to promote and showcase cross-category selling opportunities. Grow the client base by attracting new clients to the fragrance and accessories sectors. Recognize clients with potential interest in other categories and guide them to a trusted Sales Associate to further their Cartier journey.

Serve as an Ambassador for the fragrance and accessories categories within the boutique

Enhance awareness, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for fragrance and accessories among the entire boutique team by conducting weekly training sessions during morning meetings. Maintain participation in training sessions offered by Marketing and Learning & Development teams and share key insights within the boutique. Assist in executing all fragrance and accessories initiatives (such as new furniture setups, events, product launches, sampling, etc.) in collaboration with boutique management and corporate stakeholders. Promote the inclusion of fragrance samples with every boutique sale. Monitor boutique Accessories/Fragrance sales weekly and inspire the team to achieve category goals.

Support daily boutique operations

Comprehend and adhere to all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and Boutique. Aid in daily setup, merchandising, and dismantling of the boutique. Ensure adequate product stock levels and organize back-stock for accessories and fragrance items. Guarantee that range and new products are displayed correctly in partnership with the Visual Merchandising team. Listen to and implement feedback from the Boutique Manager and team members.

Collaborate with corporate teams and the Ambassador community

Relay relevant client and team feedback to fragrance and accessories corporate teams, suggesting areas for improvement. Participate in virtual meetings with the network-wide Ambassador Community and corporate teams.

JOB PROFILE

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments. General knowledge of perfume and accessories categories.

PERSONAL SKILLS / ABILITIES :

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sales capabilities. Keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. Self-motivated with a collaborative approach. Organized and diligent in follow-up. Entrepreneurial mindset: tackle challenges with creativity and proactively offer suggestions and innovative ideas.

COMPENSATION
