About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Fragrance Counter Manager to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Fragrance Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business metrics to develop action plans that address opportunities and positively impact the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through the Preferred Customer Program.
  • Observe and provide feedback to sales associates on their interaction with customers, co-workers, and overall customer service level.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals based on the department's objectives.
  • Deliver world-class service through client communication, product knowledge, fashion direction, and solution-based selling.
  • Work with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through suggestive selling, store events, and wardrobe clients.
  • Act with customers in mind, demonstrating great networking and relationship management skills.
  • Prioritize the needs of internal and external customers, seeking customer information to improve products and services.
  • Consistently perform at a high level, elevating the performance of others and driving business results.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of skin and body care treatments with 2-5 years of work experience in cosmetics.
  • Certified Make-up Artist.
  • Experience in a commission and clientele selling environment.
  • Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends.
