Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at our Chrysler dealership in North Bay, ON.
Key Responsibilities:- Listen to customers' descriptions of vehicle symptoms and provide expert advice on repair options
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage to ensure accurate and efficient service
- Develop detailed repair estimates and prepare repair orders
- Maintain excellent customer rapport and provide exceptional service
- Record problems and planned actions to ensure seamless communication with customers and technicians
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance
- Perform other assigned duties as required
- Exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively
- Minimum X years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Auto experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid G Driver's License
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
