Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Knowledge of financial products and services with the ability to provide expert advice
