Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the repair and maintenance process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers' concerns, clarifying their needs, and ensuring their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and recommend repairs to customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the work performed.
  • Estimating and Scheduling: Develop accurate estimates, schedule repairs, and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training, attend workshops, and participate in ongoing education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
