About the Role

As a Senior Manager of Data Analytics and Market Research at CSL, you will play a key leadership role in guiding and supporting local senior management and cross-functional teams with proactive insights and recommendations from data analysis and market research. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Analytics Projects: Collaborate with IQVIA and other vendors to generate and enhance local business analytics/market intelligence within the oral and IV iron market.
  • Develop Business Insights: Work with vendors to deliver impactful business insights, obtain input from key internal stakeholders, and ensure that budget and timelines are met.
  • Optimize Brand Performance: Collaborate with the Product Manager to optimize the understanding of brand performance trends, strategic insights, and identify new opportunities for brand uptake.
  • Communicate Insights: Share findings with the senior leadership team and occasionally with the sales field team in the form of prepared written and oral presentations.
  • Lead Business Questions: Frame business questions (IWIKs), identify/integrate data sources, and apply market research and analytical methods to answer the questions.
  • Translate Findings: Translate findings/insights from research and data analysis into actionable recommendations for strategic and operational projects and report them to a broader business audience.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills and good knowledge of statistics, project management skills, solid understanding of pharmaceutical databases, ability and willingness to take on a hands-on role in project execution, methodical work approach with great attention to detail, quick grasp of new concepts and high willingness to learn on the job.
  • Language: Professional level in English, both in oral and written communications.
