About the Role

As a key member of the CSL Behring team, the Senior Analytics Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Analytics Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data analytics projects that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop Business Intelligence: Create and maintain business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for IQVIA and other vendors, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate Insights: Develop and present data-driven insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication of key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in data analytics and market research.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to apply data insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
