About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure the store's financial stability.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment to meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with settlement needs, recruit and support newcomers and refugees, and provide foreign credential recognition support.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
