Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with settlement needs, recruit and support displaced individuals, and facilitate foreign credential recognition.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
