About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ULTRAMAR GAS STATION & COFFEE TIME. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, cashiers, and other retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Respond to customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive reputation for ULTRAMAR GAS STATION & COFFEE TIME.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other store managers, department heads, and corporate teams to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned store with a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment, retail business, on-site customer service, gas bar, and fast food.
