Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Trans Expert Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating services, and overseeing administrative procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
