In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of dedicated individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure that our store consistently meets or exceeds expectations in all areas, from visual merchandising and inventory management to customer service and sales performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold operational standards.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of our customer service model across all interactions, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Foster a seamless omni-channel experience, integrating online and in-store channels to provide customers with a convenient and personalized shopping journey.
  • Drive customer acquisition and loyalty through effective engagement with our rewards programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is well-organized, inviting, and reflects our brand identity. Oversee store maintenance and pricing accuracy to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage weekly price changes, promotional set-ups, and inventory control processes to optimize product availability and sales performance.
  • Oversee annual inventories to maintain accurate stock records and minimize discrepancies.
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Develop and execute a strategic recruiting and hiring plan to attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop retail teams to achieve success.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, demonstrating a track record of success in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • High energy, drive, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic computer skills to manage inventory, sales data, and other operational tasks.
