Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual who possesses a creative mindset and a strong ability to boost sales at our retail location. As a key leader, you will report directly to the District Manager and play a crucial role in fostering sales growth while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for attracting, training, and retaining exceptional talent
  • Exhibit a high level of enthusiasm and energy, along with in-depth product knowledge
  • Foster a lively and engaging atmosphere, including product demonstrations
  • Ensure the team achieves sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Implement company standards across all operational aspects of the store

Qualifications for Success

  • At least two years of managerial experience in a retail setting
  • Strong customer-centric approach with effective communication skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and motivate high-performing individuals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in product demonstrations is a plus
  • A positive and fun-loving attitude
