Overview:
- Engage in departmental initiatives and offer valuable insights
- Organize compliance-related events, training sessions, and meetings for partner organizations
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders during evaluation and audit activities
- Collaborate with external service providers for follow-up on audit tasks
- Assist in various meetings, manage information flow, and track reports
- Support compliance training for certified personnel within partner organizations
- Oversee license maintenance and renewal processes for staff
- Contribute to operational projects and their implementation in partner organizations
- Assist the vice president with daily responsibilities
- Aid in the creation of processes, manuals, documents, and reports that support compliance
Essential Qualifications:
- Background in administrative or coordination roles
- Familiarity with compliance or 2-3 years of experience in the insurance sector
- Proficient in MS Office applications, English language, and virtual communication tools
- Excellent organizational abilities, independence, and flexibility
- Uphold professional ethics, discretion, and sound judgment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: 45K to 55K
- Benefits include 3 weeks of vacation, 2 mobile days, and 10 sick days
