Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MacEwen. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads
