Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
