Health Services Manager

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Health Services to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in providing safe, effective, and efficient health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality health services.
- Develop and implement clinical quality frameworks and patient care lenses to ensure safe and effective care.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators.
- Provide operational management in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Partner with leadership and internal/external stakeholders to support patients in accessing multiculturally respectful health services.
- 3-5 years of recent progressive management experience leading health services in a large, publicly funded health services delivery organization.
- 5 years of direct clinical services delivery across one or more assigned clinical areas of health care.
- 2 years of management experience leading a clinical team within a unionized environment.
- 2 years of experience implementing program planning, development, and evaluation.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a relevant health discipline from an accredited education institution.
- Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate.
- Demonstrated mid-senior leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant professional regulatory requirements, legislated acts, and collective agreements.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds.
- Ability to work safely in a typical computerized office environment.
- Ability to lift and carry items of up to approximately 10 kg (25 lbs).
- Valid Manitoba driver's license and use of a personal motor vehicle may be required for travel within the province.
