Health Services Director
Shared Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Services Director to lead and manage our multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of health services delivery within Shared Health.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and optimize resource allocation.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in healthcare management within a large organization, demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience in diverse healthcare settings, including primary health, community services, and acute care.
- Proven success in managing unionized work environments, fostering strong relationships with labor representatives.
Education and Certification:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant health discipline is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Active membership in good standing with the relevant regulatory body for your profession.
