Job Title: Industrial Partnership Account Manager
Job Description:
- Manage critical performance metrics and milestones for the readiness of part numbers for production within partnership accounts.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and mitigate potential risks while ensuring strategic alignment.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at process enhancement to facilitate growth within the business unit.
- Organize meetings, articulate expectations, and foster alignment among stakeholders.
- Lead tasks related to production readiness, including Integrated Product Team (IPT) coordination, executive meetings, and performance metric production.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline, with 4-10 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with international partners.
