Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at THE MEXICAN WAY INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Chef Supervision: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu requirements.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our kitchen operations run smoothly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
As a member of our team, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
