• Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality control in our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience in our restaurant.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our kitchen staff.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
