- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Three years of supervisory experience.
- In-depth knowledge of academic programs at the secondary school, college, and undergraduate levels.
- Experience in managing projects and priorities, analyzing academic records, and interpreting university regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English) - spoken and written.
- Planning: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve objectives.
- Initiative: Demonstrate creativity and initiative to suggest improvements and encourage positive results.
- Client Service Orientation: Provide excellent service to internal and external clients.
- Teamwork and Cooperation: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
