About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at D&D Investments Corp. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining inventory, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new employees, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
