Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at the Workers' Safety & Compensation Commission of the NWT & Nunavut. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Operations Improvement: Analyze and improve business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage complex projects to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in business development, operations improvement, or project management.
  • Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, or Project Management (PRINCE2 or PMP) certifications are an asset.
