Your Role
We are seeking a Manager to join our Assurance team. This position entails the following responsibilities:
Relocation Support
BDO is pleased to offer relocation assistance for the right candidate from anywhere within Canada.
- Oversee audit and review engagements for both public and private sector clients, ensuring adherence to relevant professional standards and firm policies.
- Plan, supervise, and execute assurance and non-assurance engagements effectively.
- Engagements may involve preparation of financial statements, accounting advisory services, and tax services for both assurance and non-assurance clients.
- Continuously develop business opportunities with existing clients.
- Address client concerns promptly, utilizing your strong technical skills and accounting expertise in line with BDO policies.
- Leverage industry knowledge to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues pertinent to the client's business.

Qualifications
- Possession of a CPA designation.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of audit experience in public accounting.
- At least 1-2 years of management or leadership experience.
- A passion for the non-profit sector and a desire to deepen your knowledge in this area.
- A commitment to teamwork, client service, and high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
