Job Opportunity

BDO is seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Assurance team in Kenora. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing audit and review engagements for public and private clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, supervise, and execute assurance and non-assurance engagements to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop business opportunities with existing clients and address client issues in a timely manner.
  • Apply industry knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to the client's business.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • CPA designation and at least 3-4 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working with non-profit clients and a willingness to develop further knowledge in this area.
