Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage distribution channels for our products and services.
  • Assess the organization's online presence and marketing effectiveness.
  • Supervise the development of written materials for our digital platforms.
  • Review and refine various forms of written communication, including reports and press releases.
  • Manage and mentor staff to enhance team performance.
  • Create promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members.
  • Oversee contract management and negotiations.
  • Promote our business services effectively.
  • Plan and manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Draft and edit press releases and communication materials.
  • Evaluate and direct departments responsible for communication strategies.
  • Manage media relations and public relations efforts.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns to boost product sales.
  • Provide strategic advice on advertising and promotional tactics.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of brochures and other marketing materials.
  • Organize special promotional events and campaigns.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and attitudes.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with media representatives.
  • Deliver educational and promotional programs and materials.
  • Prepare and manage contracts related to various initiatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive digital database for operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
  • Supervise office staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
