Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Arrange training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment to staff.
  • Budgeting and Expenditures: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Regional Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality results.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Supervision: More than 20 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, interpersonal awareness, organized, team player, and time management.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales administration role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
