Position Overview

The role of a Retail Sales Manager at SNS Health involves overseeing the sales operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This position requires a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Identify and select merchandise and services for sale.
  • Formulate and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets while monitoring revenues and expenditures.
  • Assess staffing needs and make necessary arrangements.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Oversee office and volunteer personnel.
  • Organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment duration: Permanent.
  • Working language: English.
  • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
